Why Paramount Professionals?
Paramount Professionals Etiquette Academy is a Detroit-based social enterprise operating as a Michigan LLC. The academy provides structured, experiential programming that blends traditional etiquette with modern leadership development.
Through strategic partnerships with schools, nonprofits, families, and corporate sponsors, Paramount Professionals creates safe, culturally relevant learning environments that prepare youth for long term academic, professional, and personal success.
Mission- Our mission is to empower youth ages 8-18 with confidence, leadership presence, cultural competency, and essential life skills through engaging etiquette, communication, and professional development programming. We are committed to preparing young people for enrollment, employment, and enlistment pathways while strengthening families and communities.
Vision- Our vision is to become a nationally recognized youth development academy that cultivates socially intelligent, confident, and professionally prepared young leaders. We aim to create a sustainable pipeline that connects youth to educational institutions, workforce opportunities, entrepreneurship, and community leadership experiences.

Groups may book workshops based on 2-3 topics within the Star Curriculum for a 2 hour session.
$200 per hour +$50 per student

Scholars will learn elements from the Star Curriculum each week and will complete a culminating project which they will present at the end of the cohort.

Enrollment applications open May 2026 - includes an arts-related field trip, and End-of-Year High Tea Graduation
